How can I change the link of the social media icons on upper right corner?

Here is the default output of this module:

You can simply change the link in the href param by your own link like:

href="https://www.facebook.com/joomlart"

You can go to Backend >> Extensions >> Modules >> filter module with position head-social

and edit it.

I have resolved the problem, that the codes do not display. And if I changed the social media, for example, I add Tumblr, how can I delete the old social media icons, and add new icons?

udian01 Yes, you can.

For example, you want to remove G+ icon and replace by Tumblr icon, you simply change the text and FontAwesome class for Tumblr:

to:

<li><a class="tumblr" title="Tumblr" href="http://www.joomlart.com/"><i class="fa fa-tumblr"></i></a></li>
