CCS default on page

This site is best viewed in a modern browser with JavaScript enabled.

I tried to create a new page. But it seems that the T4template CSS is not used. I've got gentium basic as font-family instead of barlow, for example.

It seems that the CSS priority is inline >block>custom>template . So when you change something in a colomn in a block for example, you can't use a custom CSS and you have to do change in each colomn ?
