Banner Module css not working

Good day,

I am battling to get banners styled on my site. It is like the css is not taking effect and nothing I have tried makes a difference. After changes are saved in custom.css they do not show up.

The banner module is the standard Joomla module, is there somewhere else this styling needs to be done? I am trying to get the banners to display inline next to each other.

Please advise.

and if possible, send me some screenshots illustrate how you want it should be.

I would like the two banners to display next to each other on one line.

northis Could you try to clear browser's cache? when I view it, these banners display inline now:
