No module options in template for creating modules

Here is the login info for my site. I have tried disabling items individually to solve the issue but to no avail. however, I have discovered that when creating a new module there is no modules options button on the menu or the option is the but the module doesn't show. The listings menu results have no data other than the word "DETAILS" in the placeholders. Chowned for apache2 ownership and permissions show correct for files and folders. When we enable JA Comments, the site looses many functions including install and update. Using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS apache2 webserver http2 https protocol, and a pwa service worker for joomla. Regarding the listing problem you need to correctly set the ja megafilter configuration , how you can see now it is showing correctly.

You missed to add blocks to the front-end visualization

Regarding modules problems i tried to create or edit some modules and in both cases everything worked fine , could you please detail which specific module is creating problems ? and also describe steps to reproduce the issue ?

pavit You're awesome! I never even knew about that part. Excellent! Now the other issue is that I cannot get the tips and articles or latest articles modules to appear on the home page. I have created the modules and published them however, they don't show on the front page. Any ideas? Here is what I get in the error logs. When we log into jomsocial there is no toolbar and if you go to my profile in main menu after login and select anything, this is the response "You are not authorised to view this resource." No one can no use jomsocial. It also had a problem with the T3 framework but will update that since it is available. If you can help me get the front modules to appear I would gratefully appreciate it. Again, thank you in advance.

The 'Articles & Tips' module is set to show articles from 'Blog News' category but when I check, there is no article under this category so there is nothing to show there: http://prntscr.com/k6l28o
