Homepage Section-5 images don't line up

Sometimes the photos in the grid line up horizontally and vertically and sometimes they don't. I'm attaching screenshots of both ways... just do a refresh and they might go either way. What is driving this??? I'm stumped.

I don't know what I did, but they all are lining up correctly spaced horizontally and vertically now. I've been working on the site all day, tweaking and tinkering.

I thought it was all working in this module fine, but just discovered the "Show All" link at the bottom of the module position takes me to a screen where the two subcategories are listed. What I want is the photo layout with the overlays on top of each, with a total of all the articles in the parent category. What am I missing?

I created a Hidden Menu, created a menu item for a menu item, type Projects List. I've attached a screenshot of what I am getting.

In the menu item settings, you should select option to include items from sub-categories:

I enable it for you and it's showing now.
