No Images or Descriptions in listings

Hello, we purchased the developer license for our company and love the products however, we are not able to get the JA Cityguide template to display listings correctly. When a user selects the listings menu button it only says "DETAILS" in the results with no image or description. I followed your documentation 3 times with 3 different joomla installations including the quickstart demo site and still it always appears the same way. When we try to use the JA Comments module the site crashes. Any ideas what the issue is. Note: this site also uses the ef4 framework and the YJSG framework along with the T3 framework. Everything funtions except the LISTINGS module. Site tested without the other frameworks but still have the same result in listings no images or details. Thank you in advance....

The url you posted above is returning a 500 error , please double check it so we can have a look at your website

I think you are referring to the ja_megafilter component , i also looked at the details page and noted a database error with a missing table

If you can share editing your first post website backend url and a temp super user account for it we will have a look at your settings

This site is one of many hosted with us. FTP is not allowed with users however, we do use a server wide ftp for development. Backend access can be added to each installation if that helps.
