500 error on installation

I'm getting a 500 server error when trying to install DTRegister. Have tried installing the normal way and through a folder, but same result.

Any ideas?

Could you try to increase your max_execution_time value ?

I increased it to 240 and get this still

HTTP 500 error
That’s odd… the website can’t display this page
The site may be undergoing maintenance or could have a programming error.
Try this
Go back to the last page
Try contacting the website’s owner

You may try to increase memory_limit further to atleast 512M

Also, Try install DT register following other ways to install extension as outlined here

Nothing can be installed on your website - i tried with some plugins and always same error -

I suggest to look at your log files on your server to see which error is showing when you try to install

TAKE A BACKUP FIRST TO MAKE ANY CHANGE ON YOUR WEBSITE.

I can install other things ok, I tried installing other components and plugins and it seems ok?

If I go to menus there’s an option to add DTRegister menu items, but it doesn’t show in the components menu?

I tried installing extplorer and i had same result 500 error -

Could you add a cpanel access also in your first post - ?

We will try to look at all hosting settings and see what can be done

I switched your php version to 5.6, installed dt-register component and then switched again to php 7.2.

All seems to works fine now - DT Register installed with the error which i solved as showed in THIS DISCUSSION

I backupped original file and copied modified file view

Let me know if everything is ok for you also now.

Hi,

It relates to the settings under 'Permissions' section in DT Register component, somehow, the 'Edit Event' option was not checked for your user group. I did it for you and you can view events now: http://prntscr.com/k5zkn9
