Problem with JA Landscape and resShop

I use redShop in combination with the fabulous template JA Landscape. Unfortunately there is a problem in the checkout process. By adding some articles to the basket an trying to check out, the customer stuck in the process, because the forms to login or to create account collapses immediatly after showing up. So he is unable to continue the order process.

What can I do to solve this problem. Any ideas/hints?

Could you share the correct URL to access backend of your site? I tried with /administrator but no luck.
