I would like to know how to apply adsense verification code to some templates such as JA Resort, JA Mitius and JA Magz II. Thank you

You can add to the custom code section in template settings:

JA Resort is built with T4: Admin panel > Extensions > Templates > JA Resort > Global Settings > Custom code
JA Mitius + JA Magz II are based on T3: Admin panel > Extensions > Templates > JA Mitius (Magz II) > Custom code tab.

and add to the place you wish.
