Hi,
I'm writing to you because some Admin in the Member Central is definitely having a heavy language barrier between us.
First he told me that he needed an access to the Global Configuration of my site "to rise the error showing level and see the error visible on blank page."
I have already told him that I can't provide it due to the business reasons. And I'm not obliged to do so, by the way.
Besides, I've also risen the error showing level in the Global Configuration and provided him a screenshot (attached below). So now you KNOW what may be causing the problem.
Dear pankaj, you asked me to clear the steps for Ad Agency Geo module? You wanted an error screenshot?
Here's everything I can provide you with:
1) the citation from the correspondence with the Admin about the steps:
"As for my side, here are the steps that I made with the module:
1) published the module Ad Agency Geo (named Мой IP - Ad Agency Geo) in the sidebar-2 position of the JA Magz II Template with its display on one page only - https://dev.poezdka.tv, which is the menu item Реклама - you can see it in the Admin Area;
2) gave the module the Super Users viewing access level in the module settings;
3) the Permissions for this module for the Developers user group (yours) are as follows: Delete - Allowed (Inherited), Edit - Allowed (Inherited), Edit State - Allowed (Inherited),
Frontend Editing - Not Allowed (Inherited);
4) the Global Permissions with which I made it - are on the screenshot attached;
5) the Super Users viewing access level is assigned only to the Super Users user group as you said it to be;
6) and finally, when I log in to this site from the Front End (through the standard Joomla Log in Module) as the Super User, I don't only see the Geo Module displaying my geo location like I used to on your demo site, but I see the 500 Internal server error.
If I try to log in to the site from the FrontEnd from your account - I can see no problem too, but it seems like I explained this already and that's not what I asked you about - see the previous message in the ticket.
So, as you can see, I've done everything you said so far except for letting you access to the Global Permissions - now it's your turn to explain step by step so that I could replicate the correct settings to make it work. If it will not work then, than obviously it's not your fault as the developer and something's wrong on my host, and I won't claim a refund.
So, I guess there's no language barrier between us now?"
2) the screenshot of the error you can find attached. It says "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare geoip_country_code_by_name_v6() in /home/p/pavelm20/dev.poezdka.tv/public_html/components/com_adagency/helpers/geoip.inc on line 1584'.
You guys what - don't believe me? That I have a problem and need some particular advice from you - the developers of the product who definitely know possible reasons of problems and steps on how to correct them like in this particlular case?
I have PAID for the proper technical support from you. When I considered purchasing your product, you provided me with a BETTER support than now, when I'm your customer.
I would advise you to consult to Mr. Alin Dinca. He seems to be the only person who's qualified to provide a proper technical support without violating the customer's rights and his support is a REAL SUPPORT that helps me to stay your customer.
So, Alin, where are you? 🙂 Help me please not to claim a refund because of the language barrier and be your returning customer for the years to come.
