What is the issue?

May I know which template/ extension from JoomlArt which you're trying to update? Kindly share the credentials of your site so I can take a look also.

The template is JA Small Biz.

Extensions affected:

JA ACM Module
JA Builder Component
JA Builder System Plugin
JA System Google Map plugin for Joomla 2.5 & J3.x

To provide you with access to the site, is this means secure. Don't wish to have a username and password open in a public forum.

Hi Jurica,

Thanks for the info. I've checked via JA Extension Manager component on your site, JA ACM & JA Google Map plugin are the latest versions now.

With JA Builder, this is a special product which is not able to being updated via JA Extension Manager now. You can go to Backend > Component > JA Builder > Create a page > Edit that page > there will be a popup appears which notices the new version and you can decide to update or not there.

Having a similar issue myself.

Trying to upgrade an old site with ja_purity_ii template from 2.5.2

Can update other things okay though.

Thanks for your reply, I jumped the gun and just uninstalled the template, then reinstalled it.

I thought since it was a old template, and old post I replied to, it might have been quicker to do it that way. 🙂
