JA Extension manager not showing updates

Joomla is reporting updates for various JA components

JA Extension manager (btw - typo in the spelling of Extension) showed up and updated JA Extension Manager but nothing else shows up.

I don't even know what "JA Social T3 Template for J25 & J3x" is

Joomla may cache the old info, you can clear Joomla cache and show update again.

Or share the credentials of your site so I can take a look and check for you.
