Upgraded to Joomla JomSocial fatal error, rest of site still works

administrator section JChatSocial Pro>jomsocial access error message - (two msg below)

Before conti. support, I suggest you to post the issue with the active Jomsocial membership account.
As i can see there is no subscription active on your membership.
As per support policy to get support and updates for Jomsocial, user must have an active subscription.
