Please show me where the upgrade instructions for 'Ad Agency' are.
- Does one extract the component file first? This used to be the case at one time.

My upload (of the zipped 6.0.17 file) is timing out via the Joomla Updater/Installer.

One by-product of my failed uploads is that I can no longer create new campaigns.

Re: the timing out, other upload/installs are workinbg fine. The php.ini and and temp path are all set properly.

May I also register my disatisfaction of your new policy to ask users to pay for a 'private discussion'. I've already paid proper $ for a year's sub. Asking for a further 25% to have 'support in private is wrong'. It's a first. I don't like it. I don't respect it. I suggest you re-think it fast. You'll build ill-will that will take years to eradicate.

To update you need to download Adagency Pro Component and install it via Joomla extension > Install.
If there is timeout it can be due to lower PHP value on server. I can confirm the issue if you can add the details in first post > Edit fields option.

Regarding the Private/Premium ticket tech support, Its optional and free only for developer members.
You can post on forum there is no limits to ask questions 🙂

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I uploaded and extracted the zipped file via ftp. Ad Agency is now operational.

There are 2 bugs:
1. You will see from the screenshot that 6.0.17 is installed. There is a message next to that advise saying a new version of 6.0.16 is available for download (the version prior to the one installed).
2. The error regarding server time/campaign start time which I have been raising for 2 years (which was variously ignored/pretended wasn't an issue even when others were raising the identical issue), which is now claimed to be fixed, not only still exists but has become worse.

Previously, to make a campaign live immediately I had to set "yesterday's" date in the campaign start field. Now I have to pre-date a campaign by 2 days!

Re: your comments on paying for private tickets, you can rephrase and re-state your new policy however you like. It's a new policy and it still sucks whichever way you word it. .

I have an expectation of private tickets when I pay for a subscription. Your company clearly disagrees and we can leave it at that.

The latest version is 6.0.17 we will update the file that showing older version.
UPDATE : The version issue is fixed, please test now.

For the time issue can you share the steps with screenshots with link of thread that is not replied or not solved in past, it helps to understand the issue more faster.

Also edit fields in first post and submit the site login with FTP details, I will check it team, and update you.

Regarding Premium tickets please check more information Here Its optional to buy the addons.
