The problem comes from the settings for access of each tab on your site.

For example, with module ID: 170: Mobiliar für Dachgeschosswohnung

You set tabs to access for 'Guest' - which means that tab will be only visible when the user is NOT logged in. But your site is set to off-line mode and you're logging in already so tab will not be visible now.

I just tried to set access to 'Public' and you can see it now:
