Hi, this is not solved yet.
I still got the same issue. Updated vertex in a fresh backup. Installed the newest template from JA downloads. That did not do the trick. I had to place the backup back because the standard template settings/colors where back. Since I can't acces vertex this was the only solution to show the website as it should. Joomla and php version are up to date.

Oops, sorry. Should be fine now. Same as before.
Really weird problem, i'm forwarding this to our developers support team so they can have a look at it deeply, please do not change super user access, they will answer you as soon they will have a solution to this.

pavit thx,

Gutshot Will the do this today plz?
Developer team is out now due to the timezone they will look at it in the next 12 hours anyway
pavit thx, good to hear!
It seems that Admin Tools caused the issue or it may blocks the template. You can try to disable Admin tools temporarily and see how it goes.

Hi, I have disabled Admin Tools. Still can't acces the site. This is a live site of a business. I have to keep it offline now because now it's broken.
Gutshot Hi You have server side pagespeed cache enabled, Kindly disable it as well.

What do you mean? On the server itselve I have done nothing.
Hi I have upload the backup to my own server. No issues. Also on localhost no issues.
Maybe this helps. I honestly don't know where to look on the server.
Also with Admin Tools active on the website it all runs fine on my server.

Hi On your server mod pagespeed is enabled.. I add this code in htaccess file to disable it, you can see the template style options now working fine. <IfModule pagespeed_module> ModPagespeed off </IfModule>
You can ask hosting provider to disable Page speed cache for your domain.
I want to thank you very much for the good help. Great job!! To bad some people switch server without notice. Then this problems wouldn't happen.
THX!!
Ps. I have one item mixed content on that site on the homepage. I see the item but can't locate it in my files so the homepage is not secure according to Google. the rest of the pages is fine.
Gutshot Hi There is an image that loads in Revolution slider not using https. You need to check this modue configuration for https issue, rest of the page is fine.
Fixed! Thx!
