URGENT loaded Ad Agency 6.1.1 and our site crashed

URGENT HELP REQUIRED

This is the second time this is happening, where we upload the latest version of the Ad Agency software and it crashed our website. There seems to be some conflict with other modules, plug ins and components that we have installed.

The last time we had to revert to the old versions to make it work.

Currently we're unable to add our 2 key modules in the right side top and bottom.
1. Big Box banner - Top Zone
2. Big Box banner - Bottom Zone

byblacks Hi. Is there any way I will be able to see it broken? I will need that and an access to ftp and joomla panel to debug this issue. Newest version works ok in our environment, so I need to test it on Yours.

Can you please add at least an Ad for one of that zones. I can see that zones are enabled and site looks ok in front-end.

Hi,

I can log to FTP but I can not see the files and folders. I need FTP access in order to install Geo-location files: "geoip/GeoLite2-City.mmdb" and "geoip/geoip2.phar".
Please let me know if something was changes with ftp access.

Please test again, you can publish again the modules and the front-end should be ok. I added the new Geo-location files and now should be ok.
