how to add new extrafields ?

You should edit 2 files in ja cityguide

1)/templates/ja_cityguide/etc/extrafields/reviews.xml
2)/templates/ja_cityguide/html/com_content/article/default.php

Later you added new extrafields you will need to add new styles and new strings for text
