No display data graph in Reports

Hello Guys,
We can't see the click and impressions graph report of the banners in the component AdAgency, check the screen capture: https://goo.gl/L7T4wk
It says NO DATA TO DISPLAY.

Any idea?

Hi,

Unfortunately I can not replicate this on our sites, I can see Impressions and Clicks even if I do not selected a specific Advertiser, or Campaign.
I need your site administrator account and ftp account, I need to debug the issue, I need to check if impressions and clicks are not counted.

The support team from Joomlashack help me, they said:

Good news! I figured out what's causing it.

Go to plugin manager and disable the "AcyMailing toolbox" plugin, then https://www.tecnoseguro.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_adagency&controller=adagencyReports&task=overview will work. Re-enable it and it will break again. You can at least get the stats real quick this way.

Please report the issue to AcyMailing's team to get a permanent fix.

first i request you to not add the site login details in public posts as its visible to all member, always submit the site login in first post > edit fields sections.
As i read the problem is caused by 3rd party extension acymail toolbox the may create conflict on report section.
Did you contacted the support already for this ?
