Do I need to publish the Masthead module? how to setup? There is no Masthead module setup instruction from your manual.

1. If you have JA Masthead module installed already on your site, just enable it and assign it to the menu item you wish (which that article belongs to).
2. In that article settings >> add your own content there >> add images under Images & Links tab: http://prntscr.com/jrxsl7

And add info for Extra Fields tab also: http://prntscr.com/jrxsv1

1.why there is always a gap here?

why page title not showing in the mashead image?
why article page not showing article image and duplicated article title shown?

I install quickstart to compare my My Masthead module setting, and they are the same. Default template is set to default layout, home menu is set to home layout.

It is merely not possible to assist with your relative issue through screenshots untill we are able to replicate and troubleshoot the same by accessing admin backend as it would be probably required to review specific article parameters/configurations so admin details would be needed for the same

I have provided the backend login, but please be careful to the following:
1. DO NOT change the default template via template manager as I am running multisites extension

When I tried to access backend of your site, it always redirects to homepage, it seems that your host limits access from my place, you can add an exception for my IP: 113.190.254.239

I can log into your site now.

One thing I see is that you also installed JA Masshead module-- this is not included in download package of JA CityGuide template: https://member.joomlart.com/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-cityguide It should be JA Masthead module, try to disable that module.

And I also see that the mockup of the masthead section in article view is different from our demo site, I need a closer look at code to detect the issue here, kindly share the FTP account of your site also.
