staffito Hi On Ad Agency you will see an option http://prntscr.com/o0picr Publish the ad. now open Setting > JomSocial ads and configure it http://prntscr.com/o0pikg Save and check. I can not see you have any subscription for JomSocial membership. JomSocial is Premium extension and not available as free download. I suggest you to download official version if this option not working.
We do not provide support for Pirated versions of if the extension copy is not a valid installation.

staffito Hi You have full support for Ad Agency issue, Jomsocial support is shared as you want to show the ad on JomSocial version that is outdated and it may contains issues.
