How to cut a webside in others

Hallo,
my custom needs from the actually webside several sides:
1. as landing page with video, pictures and no main menue - only links
2. a webside like now with less content (slideshow and content only for cooking)
3. a webside like now with less content (slideshow and content only for baking)

Must I install 3 Joomla CMS systems in 3 folders or can I duplicate the ja medicare in the admin?
I dont know how to do it.

I'm not entirely sure of what you're trying to achieve here, if I understand correctly, you want 1 website with:
- 1 landing page
- 1 page for cooking
- 1 page for baking

or 3 different websites?
