force redirect from article url to menu url

I have a blog page, when a user clicks on a read more button I want them to be taken to the menu item linked to that article and not the article page.

I have tried using the joomla redirect plugin, but this is not working because the first url is not actually expired.

So when the users go to the page https://holliesskincare.com/environ
and click on the read more link for 'Focus Care Clarity+' it goes to https://holliesskincare.com/environ/focus-care-clarity/49-focus-care-clarity
And I want it to go to https://holliesskincare.com/environ/focus-care-clarity/

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can achieve this?
There has to be a simple solution.

In Joomla the read more link by default goes to the article page, its not static link to change. except you will hide the readmore button and add a custom button in the article intro text.
on JED a popular extension sh404 that is used to redirect URL , you can try this to force the URL to a custom page.
