JA Medicare Module class suffix not working when installed as template

I had developed a site (locally) using one theme. Then I replaced it with JA Medicare. I reset the position of modules as given in the image. But I could not get the module class-suffix working. What should I do to get the module class suffixes working? Moreover home page of JA Medicare doesn't present itself like the image when installed with data (blog).

You should try to publish your website on a public host, from where we can access and have a look at your settings, to have an exact replica of our demo site you should install sample data at step 3 of quickstart procedure but you shoud not choose the blog one but the other sample data type.

The default installation gave me the exact page and the suffixes are also working in this new installation.

Hi,
When you install it with sample data you will get exact copy of demo.
If you will install only template you need to configure the pages as given in documentation here
