Banners Randomly Showing

I am trying to figure out why my banner is displaying then not displaying. Happens all day long. Ad Agency Pro v6. Sometimes its there for a spell then its gone for a while. Any ideas?

Can you share the steps to replicate this issue on your site and submit site credentials in edit fields option in first post.
I can see there is Google ad loading on your site http://prntscr.com/n7uqp5 and it will appear different for each user based on their interest.

The Best of Fayetteville ad is in the first screenshot but not in the second screenshot. The google ad you mentioned is not part of Adagency placement. I will set you up an account.

I set you up as an administrator to the Joomla site.

The one banner in question is set up as an inhouse promo to run until May 1 2019. The ad is placed in a banner zone. Cache set to global. We were having some issues yesterday with JCH - Optimize after an update and have since disabled that function. Let me know what else you need.

From what I can tell - the banner stays up about an hour or so then goes away. Did you have a chance to look into this?

I tried to load the site multiple time after some interval of time but can not able to replicate this issue : http://prntscr.com/n8bm4t
I can see the banner on each loading of the page. Is there any steps that will replicate this issue ?
When you see the banner not loading in your screenshot, please let me know if there is any error in browser console and if the page loading the ad zone code (ijoomlazone181)

There is NO error when the banner does not load. This morning the banner was not there but later this morning it was there. It is currently there. Mistified? There are no exact steps to replicate this issue. It seems to be an automatic process. I can tell you if the banner is not there - I can go into AdAgency and hit any function and the ad returns. It's almost like clearing the cache brings it back.

Can you submit the site backend login for staff, including firewall password to access admin login page
I will keep an eye for next few days for random checking on it.
I feel there is some script from template or any other extension that blocking the module via style or js script.
I shared it with concern team to check it as well if they notice something on this..

Submit the credentials in Edit FIelds options.

I have whitelisted your ip and removed Romania from blocking. The Password and Admin login is as stated in the edit field.

Unfortunately I can not pass the htaccess page, I tried with admin username and also I tried with admin password, this doesn't work.

Humm - well the good thing is that the ad in question seems to be staying visible. I appreciate all the help! I will keep everyone posted on this. I have checked the site during the day yesterday at several intervals and all has been working.

Thought I was in the clear on this issue. Not so. The ad was gone sometime today so I went in and cleared cache in Ad Agency and the ad immediately came back. So the problem is associated with cache.

Adagency does not have any cache, If you are using Joomla cache, kindly use it as conservative cache.
Also in Zone settings kindly disable the zone cache.

It appears that the zone was set to cache so I disabled that and all seems to be fixed. Thanks for the help!
