Zones not showing ads

I recently re-installed Ad Agency. All of my zones appear with the exception of 2. The Top and Bottom banner ads are not appearing.

I have deleted and and created new zone modules, checked the zones, ads and campaigns in the admin panel and nothing changes.

Please advise.

Kindly check the position for the zone of top and bottom ads they are using top-a position but in template there is no such position : http://prntscr.com/jn46bz Also, select the default ad you want to show : http://prntscr.com/jn46i8

There is a top-a and bottom-a module position as you will see in the image.

I set default ads, per your suggestion, in the top-a and bottom-a positions and they are appearing.

The question is why don't the rest of the ads appear?

I can set the default ads for the skyscrapers, profile top and profile skyscrapers. No problem. But, those ads are showing without a default ad set.

The ones that are not showing are the Top and Bottom banners for Free Member, Business Member, Advertiser and Shoppe Owner.

Please provide me the Zone name where you can not see the ads on your site and the link to that page where the zone is added and is not visible. Please provide me multiple details, how can I replicate this, I need to be logged in your site with a specific user account?

May I suggest you guys getting a new ticket system? Seriously.

I gave you site and ftp credentials in the first post.

When you reply I get no notice of your replies via email.

I can't type in the reply box via mobile.

Since the site is for registered users only you will have to login to see the pages where ads show/don't show.

The following zone modules show only the default ad:

Top Banner Free Member
Top Banner Business Member
Top Banner Advertiser
Top Banner Shoppe Owner
Bottom Banner Free Member
Bottom Banner Business Member
Bottom Banner Advertiser
Bottom Banner Shoppe Owner

I will post a new reply regarding the results of adding a Joomla simple banner.

Also, if you add a joomla simple banner in that position, it is showing? can you please set a Joomla one in a position where AdAgency is not working and see what happen?

I created a new zone for the classifieds categories page and nothing shows there. See screenshots.

I added Joomla Banners to classifieds, profile and in different zones such as es-general top, top-a and top-b. None of those ads show either.

I can not debug the issue, the site is off for mentenance and can't log with site administrator access in front end, and I can not access the ftp account.

Hi,

First, AdAgency is not integrated with "Advanced Module Manager", I made a test for this zone - "Top Banner 728x90 Free Member" and I selected "Access" - Published and then for this ad I selected Location - Channel - Europe and I can see tha ad in this page - https://thesocialdomain.com/tsdtestsite5/index.php/help/contact-us
Please make sure that the user that is logged has the access that is selected for that zone/module and the location is for that user.

I do know when a module is set for a specific user group that I have to be logged in as that user group to be able to see the ad.

I disabled the Advance Module plugin.

I started over and was having the same problem with only position bottom-a. A few things were happening. Even though I set, saved and closed the zone modules to specific user groups I would go back and discover the zones reverted to Public. So, after several times I think they user groups have stabilized.

Also, some of the zones were set to Yes for Keywords. All of the zones have been checked to make sure they are set to No.

I believe the problem has been resolved.
