I even did the installation and it does not work correctly the gif upload in jomsocial

yum groupinstall " Development Tools" -y
yum install gcc php-devel php-pear -y
yum install ImageMagick ImageMagick-devel -y
pecl install imagick
echo "extension=imagick.so" > /etc/php.d/imagick.ini

add in php.ini -> extension=imagick.so

I think you must contact to hosting provider to install it correctly, I tried to check it on Joomla backend > under system information to see its installed or not, But your Joomla login is not working.
You will see it in Joomla Like this http://prntscr.com/n18vyj once it installed.

I not able to logged in at your site at super user. invalid username/password
have check the PHP info at joomla backend? to make imagic module installed at your PHP.

and make sure imagic path removed (put empty value) from jomsocial photo settings

as I mentioned earlier. I installed the same via ssh on centos7. also installed the same by webuzo, you can check the installation now I updated the login information

Kindly contact to your hosting provider to check and install it. Its something need to be done on server.

As suggested here in previous thread for the same topic, its server application and run as PHP module.
Its something beyond our support scope to fix server issues. Kindly contact to your hosting provider to enable imagick support. You have all the information to check via Joomla once it installed

Noble friend, as you can check in print, the installation was done correctly, it is installed on the server and running in php, it just does not work in josocial

again can you see it in your Joomla system information that it installed on server correctly ?
JomSocial does not have any issue you can check the demo or install it on your localhost.

Kindly let me know if there is anything i can assist you on this topic, I am afraid we can not fix server issues.

Hi,

please go to joomla backend > system > system information, PHP information.
as you can see your PHP still not loaded ImageMagick. that mean not properly installed 🙂

your php configuration loaded at this file:
/usr/local/apps/php73/etc/php.ini

and you need to restart the server after made any changes under PHP

When you upload, you need to select the gif image, if you will drag and drop the gif, it will upload as image,
