Password is not working to get updates for extensions. I can log in to JoomlArt with no problem, but passwords will not work when using JA Extensions Manager. Additionally, every time I need to update JA Builder on any site, I get error Account not authorized. I have held developer licenses for years and currently ave Ultimate developer. Please give me a way to update my extensions. This has been an intermittent problem for months! Please either assign me a workable password and email to me or fix your update process to work with my joomlart.com password that allows me access to this site!
