JA Medicare About us module unable to change on frontend

Hello,
I am having issues where I cannot edit About us menu on the front end. Would you please have a look ?

The submitted login details on first post is not working.
To edit text mentioned in screenshot, its coming from a custom html module.
Open Joomla admin > Module > Find module with ID : 121

Open the module and edit the text.

I have changed the password to match previously provided. Please let me know if this is still an issue. Sorry, I think I was not clear with my problem. I meant I cannot edit from front-end.

sachinsehdev Have been able to log in however the details entered in edit fields are lower level to superuser.

Kindly provide the admin details for super user access level or you may upgrade the similar details provided through users → manage in admin backend as there are several important tabs which arent appearing due to which unable to troubleshoot the relative issue closely

Also, Can you add ftp details in edit fields too

The module is locked on backend , first you need to unlock it via check in on backend.

Please note the about us menu is using ja_medicare - Features Intro 2 template style that does not have mainbody section to allow edit for this menu item module on frontend,
you have to assign a template style to this menu that has the component section in its layout : http://prntscr.com/mjcqjr
