First, we asked YOU to do the repairs and report back to us so we could repeat your solutions. Asking us to do extra work when it is clearly your template with the issues, is problematic and makes us perform duties which you became responsible for when you advertised a product and took people's money for that product.
We are fine attempting basic suggestions, but you should be aware of little things that you as a template-manufacturer need to be aware of, like your template manager UPDATE SCREEN not loading any information when the user clicks, such as the attached screenshot we just made.
We will perform this update manually and report back to you - But we informed you that we used the QUICKSTART from YOUR downloads page that day , which presumes that it has the latest updates. Are we mistaken to believe that your quickstart packages also contain the latest template update?
So two issues on your side appear to exist:
1) Your template manager in the newest quickstart do not have the latest template included in them.
2) The template manager in the quickstart does not load any update information to the user.
There might be more issues existing, we hope that you respond in a timely fashion to us testing this latest template install and reporting whether or not we are able to edit the modules from the front end.
