arkofhope OR how can I get the Joomla login to actually show up on the Community pages?
You can also publish Core Joomla login module to any of module position available in template and assign it for specific page where Jomsocial menu type is assigned.
The aforesaid steps would show login form with form fields and logout tab when user is "logged in"
OK I have tried that and published it to the js_side_frontpage position. For some reason things seem to take a while to post to there because of caching or something so I will let you know shortly if that suggestion helped.
That seems to work. I will keep trying to tweak the settings and modules and hopefully all will be beautiful soon. Thank you for your help and yes, you can consider this solved.
