Geo Targeting

Hi,
On Geo Targeting I think it could be useful to have those features:
1) The possibility to give latitude, longitude and a radius in kilometers and miles (radius could also work on square if with a circle is more problematic). I think this feature could be some JavaScript that translate those data in the traditional data of AdsAgency (calculating min latitude/longitude and max latitude/longitude)

2) The possibility to relate package price to area of geo-targeting (if you want an Ad visualization on all USA you will pay more than an Ad for New York)

Is possible to emulate a country/position for advertisers or administrators to check if an Ad is really showing?

Also a city and radius could be useful so I can put:

Milan as city and 100 kilometers of radius from the latitude/longitude of that city
