JA Quick Contact Not Sending Mail

I am using the latest version of the JA Quick Contact extension - version 2.6.5. However, on the Contact Us page (http://www.marinercomputerservices.com/index.php/contact-us) when I fill out the contact form and click 'Send Email' I receive NO confirmation that the message has sent and I do not receive the message in my e-mail inbox. However, I have been able to receive test e-mail sent from the site's global configuration. I have previously used earlier versions of JA Quick Contact and had success so I am unsure why this latest version has not worked. I have tried clearing my browser cache and using other devices (phones, other PCs etc...) but the problem persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Could you pls try to check with a default contact form of Joomla and see how it goes?

saguaros Thanks for the speed of your response. We have now tried the default contact form and that worked absolutely fine, a message was displayed and the e-mail was received. However, we have tried to use JA Quick Contact again after uninstalling it and then re-installing it and it still does not work. We have also tried clearing the site's expired cache, deleting the JA Quick Contact module, removing it from the trashed modules and creating a new JA Quick Contact module. We have other websites that use JA Quick Contact and they are working (including one site that has the same 2.6.5 version installed).

Hi,

I just tried to test on your site by fulfill my email as Recipient email in backend settings of module > assign to sidebar-2 position.

I did receive the email, however, it went to Spam box: http://prntscr.com/lz9gq8

saguaros The JA Quick Contact form seems to work normally now. We are not entirely sure why but it is now back in its original position, displays the message when you click the Send Email button and we are receiving the messages. Thanks for your help anyway.
