Since DT Register 4.0.6 payments and registrations have not been working correctly. Even with temporary support file fixes and now 4.0.7, the issues continue. Right now, registrations for events with PayPal Standard or PayPal Express as payment method seem to go through OK, from the perspective of the person registering and payment is made and received but in the DT Register record, it says no payment was received, that the event fee is still due, that the registration is considered pending (should be Active if paid, per setting) and the DT Register admin notification email - and probably the email sent to the person registering - indicates no payment received, event fee amount due, and status pending - even though payment was actually received.
I submitted a ticket days ago on this and still have these problems and have events that need to be set up and published for registration but cannot do that now since DT Register is not working properly. We paid for the premiere support (which is supposed to be faster and on weekends) but that has not helped as there has been no reply to the ticket for more almost three days now.
I am at a loss for what to do.
Is anyone else having these issues?
Have people reverted back to an older version and, if so, what version and how did do you do the roll back?
If we can't remedy this soon, like later today, I need to either revert to a previous version or look for another solution, component that works reliably.
I haven't even tried to get our Authorize dot net payment events going but fear those will have same or similar issues or be worse - and it appears now in the new JA Payment gateway, only one Authorize dot net option is there - AIM - and SIM/Accepted Host does not show. :-(
I sure hope some DT Register, Joomlart support can help, and, soon.
