Medicare sticky header

I would like to make the header of the medicare template sticky.
I have found thiks post from 2014 https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/sticky-or-fixed-menu/ but i am not sure if it is still valid.

Tested on new installation and it works fine , just add to the custom.css the !important; suffix next to the background -

.t3-header {
width: 100%;
background: #fff!important;
z-index: 999;
}
