Dear Pankaj,
Thanks for your reply, albeit I wonder at the huge insesitivity to all the explanations made about own need.
Did you bother to read any of the notes prior to this post?
At this juncture, I'd have to strongly disagree that site owners must surrender every micro detail of their operations before you can rectify KNOWN BUGS on your Jomsocial products just to debug. Actually, this is why the Jomsocial ACL issue became germane years ago. Seriously, after 11 days now:
- Is any of these issues new? No, and they're not unique to own site in question.
- Have you logged into the backend yet? Did you debug or discover anything so far?
- Is it impossible to see what's wrong from FULL ACCESS to a Joomla backend?
- Have you made any single effort to assist apart from asking for private details on DAY 1?
- Did the errors 500 already observed and furnished to you mean anything?
- Since these issues have been experienced by others, as an expert, what have you discovered as useful and helpful solution?
These are serious JOMSOCIAL PRODUCT BUGS not as bad from our experience since v1.x which have happened to too many users as can be seen across the internet. Kindly treat and let us have some suggestions so we know that Jomsocial has improved and not the other way round. Time flies and we are the only ones losing at the moment.
Since we believe you're a program staff with many years experience with Jomsocial, I appeal to you to do the needful and make our time count.
Thanks, cheers, and regards.
