How to hide a section on mobile device?

Hi,
I want to hide the {section-bottom "client"} on mobile device.
I have try the template>layout>responsive layout, I see the "client" is position in the section bottom, but i can't hide it.

I would like to , but i am now tring on localhost ~ haha
or you can show me brief steps on how to hide the section. I can go through again see if i do something wrong.

You can open this file: [root]/templates/ja_mason/tpls/blocks/sections-bottom.php

Look for this div:

<div id="t3-section-bottom" class="t3-section-wrap wrap">

change it to:

<div id="t3-section-bottom" class="t3-section-wrap wrap <?php $this->_c('section-bottom') ?>">

In the Layout > Responsive layout > Extra Small layout tab > there will be seting icon for 'section-bottom' block and you can set it to None: http://prntscr.com/l3w849
