webcentric Do you want me to fdownload the server error log report? Don't you have access to it with the credentials I provided?
As suggested, You may provide us with the server error log report by asking from your hosting provider which would assist in tracing the relative issue as to where and how it is coming from as unable to get the error report through cPanel
Also, You may see with your hosting provider if they could update with the interface which allows to change php version conveniently through cPanel option as the same would enable us to review without you having to wait until we troubleshoot with site being down for the certain duration
Update: Had been able to get the error to be displayed by adding certain code in configuration.php file for error reporting to be seen. Ref: Screenshot. Troubleshooting on the same now however, will still suggest to bring in the option of changing php version through cPanel which would enable you to not have prolonged downtime
