Hi, I replaced my gk.menu.js with the one you provided and it did not help. The issue is still present - the menu always show one column regardless of the configuration. Any other suggestions?
We can wait for Joshua's response as I had tried replicating the same on local install and replacing the relative file worked fine for me in getting the specific functionality to work however, Not able to take closer look for your site as you are unable to provide either cPanel or ftp details
I've changed settings from your Template Options -> Menu tab and columns seems to work now. Now you have two menu items (second level) - My Proflie and My Job and 2 columns menu is displayed fine - could you confirm?
"Menu height animation" option should be enabled from Template Options, otherwise menu with columns won't work properly: https://prnt.sc/l35aeh
