How do I update Socialize template

Hello,
I'm a non technical person but I can follow instructions. Can you give me exact instructions for how to update Socialize template, from A to Z? I've searched the internet, youtube, and formums, for how to install it but couldn't find any current, consistent, updated method of doing it.

I found that I have version 2.1.2

Hi

Take backup of custom changes if you applied in template.
Download the template from Here
Open Joomla extensions > manager > installer > upload the template package and install.
