JA Regulus Extra

After the release of JA Regulus - July 07, we have received a lot of great feedback from our club members. In an effort to provide more flexibility and wider selection in using this modern Joomla! template, our team has tried our best to launch JA Regulus Extra adding SuckerFish menu and Transmenu to the template. This integration will provide more diversified and twinkle effects into the standard Joomla menu system.

Together with the traditional JA Split Menu, now JA Regulus, in its extra version, has two more types of menus: first, we have the JA CSS Menu, dropdown menu entirely made from CSS positioning - very light and adaptive, based on Sons of SuckerFish Dropdown Menu; the second one is the JA Transmenu with XHTML validated which has been popularized widespread on Joomlart.com . With JA Regulus Extra, you can still enjoy all typical features of JA Regulus which are left unchanged in this extra version. No flash file is used, no <table> is found in the template 100% <div>,Css based, and no change to core Joomla! file. Unlimitted Joomla! user modules are loaded into the template with up to 10 module positions.

JA Regulus Extra is optimized for Joomla! 1.0+ on all major browsers (Mozilla/Firefox 1.0+/IE 6+/Safari/Camino/Opera...) and follows strictly all W3C.org web standards.

Installation:

Please download, unzip and read carefully the userguide.html file for installation and configuration guides. The template_css.css and index.php file is well-commented for the ease of customization.

Configuration:

There are a couple of configuration options for this template. The configuration variables are put in index.php file so that you can edit the file right from your Joomla AdminCP. Go to Template Manager >> Edit HTML of JA Regulus Extra template to make changes to these options. Please use userguide.html file, index.php and ja.moo.roller.config.js files for advanced template configuration.
