- Which JA membership package is the best for me?
You are recommended to register the follwing packages as they will bring to you the best benefits:
- JATC Standard Membership - 1 year
- Developer Membership - 1 year
- JAEC Standard Membership - 1 year

- How much does it cost? How long is my membership?
We have many Membership Packages for you to choose. Each package has different prices, durations and number of licensed domain allowed to use. View comparison chart .
The membership duration starts instantly from the moment you make payment and receive login details from JoomlArt.com. - JA membership fee is one-time fee, or I have to pay extra?
Membership fee on JoomlArt is one-time fee. When your membership expires, you can still use all our templates, extensions downloaded during your membership period without paying any extra fee.
However, in order to continue downloading our templates, extensions/updates and posting questions on our Forum area, renewal of your membership is required.
- Can I share my username? Why is my account suspended?No. One username and password can be used by one buyer with up to five IP addresses only.
Any attempt to share the username and password will result in the automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately. - JA membership fees are refundable?Since JoomlArt is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing membership at our site. All license fees are non-refundable.
- Can I still use JA templates, extensions after my membership expires? Do I have to pay more?
When your membership expires, you can still use all templates and extensions downloaded during your membership period for your license domains without paying any extra fee. In case you expect to use our templates for additional domains, you are required to renew/upgrade your membership.
Accordingly, you are not granted access to download and forum area any more, unless your membership is renewed.
- After my subscription expires, can I download update packages of JA templates?

Login to your Member Area and renew/upgrade by purchasing the desired package as when you first sign up.
If a Renewal/Ugrade is purchased before the membership expires, the existing expiry date is extended by the length of membership that you Renew/Upgrade.
If the Renewal/Upgrade is purchased after the membership expires, access to our forum and download area is restored, and the expiry date will be set to the length of membership from the date of Renewal/Upgrade purchase.
EXCEPTION: for all upgrading from JATC/JAEC Standard membership to JA Developer membership, your new Developer membership is deemed to start from your upgrading date.
- My membership already expires for long, do I still get discount when renew/upgrade?
- If I renew/upgrade, my new membership will be extended since the date of renewal/upgrade?

- I do not have a Paypal account. Can I pay? How?Yes! You can pay through all of payment gateways that Paypal or 2Checkout supports including all major types of Credit cards. Visit Paypal and 2Checkout for more information.
You can also pay via Bankwire. After selecting the membership package, our system will guide you throughout payment settlement.
- I have paid for my membership but not yet received login details. What's the problem?What is the problem?
Normally, our system delivers login details instantly after a SUCCESSFUL payment. There are some cases that your payment is NOT SUCCESSFUL and we have to review and process download information manually.- You used ECHECK (Paypal)
- Your Credit card location is different from your IP address
- You used Proxy to make payment
- Your payment was flagged as FRAUD by 2CheckOut or PENDING by Paypal
- Contact us if you feel your case is not listed above.
- Have you checked your BULK/SPAM email folders?
- If you do not receive any email after 48 hours (4 business days if you use ECHECK). Please contact us with proof of payment (Payment Receipt or Order number)

- What are the benefits when I join JA Templates Club?
You can download and use all the RELEASED templates and FUTURE templates as well as other Joomla products during your membership period (including editable PSD files, fonts...).
You will have an account to access Templates Club Member Forums - Restricted to Members where you can get support if you have any problem using our templates. Our JA Forums is more than just a customer forum, but also a place where you can exchange ideas about and your experiences with Joomla! Web design and developments.
- JA templates are released on a regular basis?Yes! 1 high-quality template will be released every month. More importantly, existing templates will be updated along with the new version of Joomla. There will also be a revised version (Extra or Version II) of an outstanding template released if it is highly demanded.
- How many domains could I use the templates on at one time?
1. For JA CLUB MEMBERSHIP: The domains and licenses are various depending on the length of your membership and you can see the comparison. You can change to any template released during your membership period on the licensed domain. Sub domain (john.yourdomain.com) and the main domain (yourdomain.com) will be considered as 1 domain.
2. For JA DEVELOPER MEMBERSHIP: "JA Developer Membership" owners are given the right to run unlimited instances of any template or any other products on any domain.
Licensed domains are unlimited! This is of course good for full time individual web design developers/companies.3. LICENSED DOMAINS DECLARATION:
You will need to add your site URL to the domains list for each Membership subscription so that our system can validate your licenses. Our Copyright infringement detection robot will research on Google result everyday, any domain uses JA Templates Club without license will be contacted and automatically reported to JoomlArt.Total Licensed domains are summarized in Member Area
- Can I purchase only 1 template that I need?No. We are sorry that single purchase of our templates is no longer available. Registering a membership on JoomlArt is highly recommended as it grants you access to download all our available templates/updates as well as post your questions on our Templates Club Member Forums - Restricted to Members Only for JA community and our staff assistance.
- I need to customize JA templates for my clients, how can I?
You are required to register/upgrade to JA Developer Membership which grants you permission to customize our templates for your clients.

- Can I customize JA templates to suit my need?
You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our templates to fit your needs (applicable for JATC Standard membership) or your clients (applicable for JA Developer membership). Please make sure any change to our copyright information must be in line with our restrictions.
- Can I customize JA templates for my friend?
With JATC Standard membership, you are not entitled to customize our templates for your friends or any third-party.
Alternatively, you could select the following options:
- Instruct your friends/third-party to register a paid membership on JoomlArt. Or,
- You register JA Developer Membership which grants you permission to customize our templates for your friends and clients.
- Can I edit or remove JoomlArt Copyright?
Note: This restriction is applied to new memberships purchased on JoomlArt from 16 Sept 2008 only. All templates under memberships purchased before this date are not subject to this restriction.
You can remove JA copyright information with condition that you purchase Copyright Removal feature which is separated from your JATC Standard membership fee. With this package you can remove our footer "Designed by JoomlArt.com" and changed it to "Designed/Powered by YourCompany" as well as other reference to JoomlArt.com.
The Copyright Removal fee structure is as follows:
- Copyright Removal for 01 domain: USD40
- Copyright Removal for 02 domain: USD70
- Copyright Removal for 03 domain: USD90
- Can I re-sell JA templates?
No. At the moment, all JA templates are distributed via JoomlArt only. Re-selling our products is not permitted.
The customization service for clients under JA Developer membership is deemed as a legal utilization of our products in line with our Terms of service.
- Can I donwload modules/extensions built into JA templates? Do I have to pay?
- I can not download extensions in JA Extensions Club. Why?
Your JATC Standard membership grants you access to Template download area only which includes all extensions built in the templates.
You need to purchase JAEC membership or upgrade to JA Developer membership in order to download commercial extensions in JA Extension Club.

- Do my clients have to pay additional fee to JA?
- After my membership expires, my clients can still use the templates/extensions?
- After my membership expires, can I customize templates/extensions downloaded during my membership period.
After your membership expires, you can customize our templates, extensions downloaded during your membership period for current license domains only. That means if your clients request for customization on new domains apart from ones registered on JoomlArt, you need to renew your membership.
Accordingly, you can not download our templates/extensions or updates anymore, unless you renew your membership.
- Can I re-sell JA templates and extensions?
Magento - Single Purchase License
- Will I be charged every year if I buy a single template?
- Does my single template license ever expire?
- Do I need to cancel my subscription if I have only bought a single Template License?No. If you have only bought Single Personal License or Single Developer License, you are not a subscriber and will not need to cancel your subscription. You will have lifetime access to your purchased template and our forum.
- Does my single template purchase include a PSD file?
- Can I customize single purchased template for my clients?Yes, with condition that you subscribe Single Developer License. You can modify our template under your own branding for unlimited clients. If you select Single Personal License, you can use the purchased item for your website on 1 domain only.
- Can I remove JoomlArt copyright?You need subscribe Single Developer License if you wish to customize the purchased template under your own branding. The Single Personal License allows you to modify purchased item as you wish, however, all our copyright information must be kept unchanged.
Magento - Club Membership
- Do I need to renew my club subscription?
- Do I still get support after my subscription has ended?You will be granted access to our technical forum and premium email support within the length of your subscription only. You need to renew your subscription when it expires in order to have access to our technical support and download area again.
- Can I still download the templates after my subscription has ended?
- Can I still use the templates after my subscription has ended?For Personal Membership, you can continue to use any of our templates on the 5 websites that you had been using whilst being a subscriber.
For Developer Membership, you will also be allowed to continue to use your templates on websites that you created during your subscription period.
However, you are required to renew your subscription in order to continue creating new websites after the expiry of your subscription. - Can I remove JoomlArt copyright?The copyright removal permission is granted to only Club Developer Membership. This membership package is the right choice, if you are Magento Developers, website development professionals, groups or companies developing Magento for clients.
The Club Personal Membership holders can modify purchased items as you wish, however, all our copyright information must be kept unchanged.
