In web development, we face a common problem to balance multi features (themes, modules position, extra extensions) vs. smarter code and faster speed! We struggled around to address a way out and found an exciting solution in our new Joomla template framework^New, a vibrant framework supporting multi layouts + multi modules, blocks; iphone& handheld support, 100% div, span-based! JA Teline III adopts such new stuff, and from this perspective it differs much from its sister JA Teline, JA Teline II which still based on popular single layout so far.
