when the coupon code are enter, it gave a bunch of red letter saying.

So this offer is not available for JA Developer Membership?

I was wondering if the developer license cover the JA Wall.
I am currently repackaging the JA Wall with my own design, and selling it to others.
Is this allowed?

JA Retains the copyright of the design. The designs are not to be resold as standalone templates modified / unmodified.
Developer membership allows members to use JA Products for their clients (web developement) not for reselling as template store. It beats the whole purpose of developer membership.

JA is the sole channel for selling JA products.

You should read the Terms of Use carefully especially these sub headings :
