Main menu and slideshow don't work!!!

Hello There,
On these sites http://www.iengj.com (JA Minisite) and http://edu.iengj.com (JA Community Plus) both on Joomla 2.5.4 the slideshow module does not show any picture. I made many changes on their settings but nothing improves. I reviewed the demo builder sites but all the settings are the same. I rolled back the T3 Framework but nothing improves. No long ago I upgraded to Php 5.3 but rolled back to 5.2 now. But with Php 5.3 all the others sites (on JA templates) were performing okay. The main menu became static. I does not show any submenu.
What can I do to fix this problems?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the path is okay (images/stories/slideshow) in both modules. They both were working okay before. Why do you think that the main menu stop working like before?

Please, what site did you check out? Give a look to http://www.iengj.com or http://edu.iengj.com (Can you see any megamenu?...Can you see any submenu?).

Thank you for your reply. I found out at Godaddy that I could restore the sites to a previous date. I did so with www.iengj.com and it is working okay now. I only lost a few affiliates add. Now, I am restoring edu.iengj.com I hope to be similarly lucky.
Blaine, how can I make the footer black on JA Minisite (http://www.iengj.com)?
