problem about 404 error page and offline page

i want to add 404 error page and offline page and joomla strating administrator page in my website.i install jakarnoos ,ja orices and JA_Edenite - template in that website.

i impress JA_Orisite - 404 error page and offline page ,i want to add same effect on my website how can i do taht,ja-karnoos is my default template.
