With my JA membership, why am I not able to download the JA WALL? Do I have to purchase the JA Wall Membership?

I have read the blog but there are still questions not answered:
Why is JA_wall not part of the normal membership ?
If I want to use JA_Wall and JA_Lens - should I then pay for 2 support contracts to keep them updated ?
