I have been a member for two years now. The first year and a half I probably didn't even post 5 questions. When I started to ask questions at first the responses were timely and helpful.
Then it started taking days to weeks to get responses, with responses like "we do the best we can" or no response.
I sent messages to Hung Dinh for assistance with no response.
The product is sold with support, but with no recourse is not given.
Either raise the price of membership so you can afford more support people or limit the amount of members so that support can be given otherwise you are not fulfilling your end of the contract.
