Time Delay-Editing my backend but long delayed updates on Frontend

Really bad page load time for my JA Purity 11 site, just a new 2.5 install. Tried on various browsers, computers, cleared cache etc, but still delay. Any suggestions pls.

Are you using really good host? Have you enabled cache? If you use social module (Facebook, Twitter, ...) which may need more time for loading.
