    Hi there,
Are you using really good host? Have you enabled cache? If you use social module (Facebook, Twitter, ...) which may need more time for loading.

Please try your site with this test page to see which cause this issue: http://www.webpagetest.org/

or post url of site you're working on here, we'll help you.

    Thanks.

    Hi

Which content did you make change in back-end: content or in modules? With content, you can simple clean JAT3 cache, for modules, try to disable cache in advanced option of module you're working on.

If you are in development stage, you can enable Development Mode in back-end, then you can see your changes immediately in front-end.

    Hope this makes senses.
