Choosing a template provider for a site is no joke for a full flex organizations.
As such we survey thoroughly and ask for recommendations from our field of friends and final vote land on Joomlarts
After a short meeting we decided to test it out.
We read all the reviews and carefully selected joomlarts as our mainframe template.
We are not sure what is the problem now with the support level in JA.
Tickets left unanswered for couple of days.
Forum Post left unanswered.
Is there any big holiday season or revamp going on that cause such delays?
We are thoroughly hoping to receive good support for our site template issue.
We are migrating from another template to JA when we realized there were using ur framework as base .
